About Old Georgians HC

Old Georgians will make their EHL debut as English champions having topped their national league last April with a couple of games to spare. It continued a remarkable rise having only earned promotion to the top tier in England in 2020 in their 25th year of existence.

They added the cup for good measure and they look forward to their EHL bow with a side packed full of international experience.

It features a wealth of Olympians from the past decade. Ashley Jackson is chief among them with James Tindall (2012), Henry Weir, George Pinner (both 2016), Sam Ward (2016 and 2020) and Liam Sanford (2020) all involved.

In addition, England’s Chris Griffiths, Tom Carson, Dan Shingles and James Albery, Ireland’s Kyle Marshall and Nick Page, Scotland’s Lee Morton and Andy Bull and Wales’ Andy Cornick and James Carson make for a squad packed with international experience.
