HOUSE RULES DURING EHL
FLARES / SMOKE POTS / FIRE WORKS
During EHL events, it is not allowed to use and/or bring flares, smoke pots or any other fireworks into the venue. Violation of this rule will mean confiscation of the fireworks and the spectator will be removed from the event.
Possession or use of drugs is not allowed. Violation of this rule will mean confiscation of the drugs. The drugs and their owner will be handed over to the local police by the security coordinator.
Dogs are not allowed on the premises during the duration of the event.
FOOD AND DRINKS
During EHL events, it is not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks onto the premises. Food and soft drinks are allowed to be brought in for personal use only. Alcohol will not be served to persons under 18 years of age. ID may be checked.
Controls on self-brought food and drinks are possible. Items can be confiscated by security personnel.
All garbage must be deposited in the garbage cans on the premises.
It is not allowed to park any cars in places where parking signs prohibit parking. The entrance to the hockey club and the driveways of houses in the neighbourhood of the hockey club must never be blocked.
Special parking places are available for disabled people. Please request a special parking permit prior to the start of the event by emailing EHL@knhb.nl.
Bicycles and scooters should be parked in the special bicycle/scooter garage as indicated. Parking of bicycles and scooters against hedges is not allowed.
When entering or leaving the event premises, public order should always be respected.
Traffic may never be blocked.
All TV/film/video recordings and photography for any other purpose than use in the private sphere require permission from the organisers. For queries, contact: email@example.com
Visitors are obliged to follow instructions from the organisers.
Entry to the stadium complex is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
EHF/EHL/KNHB/host club are not liable for any loss of property incurred by the public.
It is prohibited to smoke on the premises.
TICKETS AND ID
Upon entering the venue and during the period that they are present at the premises, all members of the public must be able to show a valid ticket (e-ticket/ wristband) and identification when requested to do so by the EHL staff/ security personnel.
It is not permitted to sell and/or pass on entry tickets to third parties for commercial purposes.
In the event of loss or theft of the entry ticket, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a replacement ticket. For any assistance, please go to the ticket office.
COINS (if applicable)
Coins can be bought at the Coins Sales stand(s). Refund on coins is not possible.
Patrons and spectators should be aware that photos and video recordings will be made during this event which will be used to promote hockey around the world. Patrons need to be aware they may feature in such recordings.
*In all cases where these EHL House Rules do not apply, the EHL staff will decide.
