The 2017 winners will arrive in Amstelveen in confident mood with a panel packed with World Cup gold medalists. Mats and Tom Grambusch, Moritz Trompertz, Christopher Rühr, Timur Oruz, Thies Prinz and Jean Denneberg all were on the podium in India in January and form part of a star-studded squad.
Vincent Vanasch – along with Danneberg – shows how well stocked they are in the goalkeeping department while Mink van der Weerden offers a big corner gun.
They will be looking to go one better than last Easter – and in 2019 – when they were finalists. They do have plenty of EHL winners in the line-up between Vanasch (with Waterloo Ducks), van der Weerden (with Oranje Zwart) while the Grambusch boys, Oruz, Rühr, Trompertz and Florian Adrians were all part of the 2017 vintage.
