About HGC

Paul van Ass’s return to coach HGC last season was a hugely successful one as the Wassenaar club qualified for the EHL for the first time since they won the competition in the 2010-11 season. Indeed, in their two previous EHL seasons, they have reached the final both times.

Since the end of the Dutch season, it has been all change once again with Ashley Jackson moving back to England with Old Georgians, Max Plennevaux to Royal Leopold, Tanguy Cosyns to AH&BC Amsterdam. Coming in are Hidde van Hoek (from Laren), Thomas Vis (SCHC), Vincent Langenhuijsen (Tilburg), Floris de Bie (SV Kampong) and Argentina international Maico Casella.
