About SCHC
SCHC are back for a second EHL season having had a frustrating debut in which they were undone by Den Bosch in the FINAL8 in a shoot-out.
They have a star-studded side with Dutch internationals Pien Dicke, Renée van Laarhoven, Lisa Post, Xan de Waard and goal machine Yibbi Jansen in the line-up. Add to that rising stars like Trijntje Beljaars and Mette Winter, indoor internationals Alexnadra Heerbaart and Anna de Geus in a settled team with no major moves in or out from last term and they look like a formidable line-up.
In terms of European history, they have a EuroHockey Club Cup under their belt from 2015 along with a silver medal in 2016.
They ended the first half of the Hoofdklasse season in second place with 31 points out of 36 with Jansen heading up the top scorer list with 13 goals (11 corners, one stroke, one from play) while Dicke has banged in nine from play.
Beljaars has added another shooting option from corners to add to lively attacking line-up with Laurien Leurink and Ginella Zerbo in the mix.
