About Rot-Weiss Koln
Rot-Weiss Köln are seeking a second EHL title. They have won the last three German Bundesliga titles along with silver in the last two EHL seasons, denied both times by Bloemendaal.
Once more, they have an exceptionally strong line-up with current internationals Jean Paul Danneberg, Mats Grambusch, Johannes Grosse, Timur Oruz, Thies Prinz, Christopher Rühr and Tom Grambusch in the line-up.
There is also a strong, youthful influence from the German men’s Junior World Cup campaign with Fabio Seitz, Luis Höchemer, Antheus Barry, Aron Flatten and Michel Strutthoff (a senior outdoor and indoor international) in their panel.
The German champions are coached by Pasha Gademan who will finish up his successful tenure with the club at the end of the season with Darren Cheesman already confirmed as the man to come in next term.
Rot-Weiss ended the first half of the season with the best record in Germany, picking up 27 points out of 30 on offer to sit top of Pool A before Christmas.
