About Mannheimer HC

After a number of near misses, Mannheimer HC finally get their chance in the EHL Women’s competition after they took the German title last season via a shoot-out.

The club have a strong Latin American influence to the side with Lucina von der Heyde, Agustina and Florencia Habif well established at the club while Spain’s Lucia Jimenez is also key figure.

German internationals Stine Kurz and Pauline Heinz and Austria’s Fiona Felber add to the know-how from the top table. They have helped get their club in good shape in the first half of the season as they sit top of Pool A of the Bundesliga with eight wins from 11 fixtures so far this season, Nadine Kanler top-scoring with five goals.

Mannheim have picked up back-to-back silver medals in the EuroHockey Club Trophy in the past two seasons, first in Cernusco in 2022 and then in Wettingen last year.
