Match report

Three goals in the first 16 minutes propelled Real Club de Polo to a 4-1 win over AHTC Wien and claim the ranking points on offer for Spain.
Benedikt Schwartzhaupt broke the deadlock in the eighth minute from a penalty corner and within a minute, it was 2-0 with Max Laplaza touching in at the back post.
Inaki Zaldua then slipped in a third from close range following Teo Hinrichs’ strong run but any sense they would race away was kept in check by a strong AHTC rearguard effort.
Adrian Fink then pulled one back from close range with some sweet stickwork with 11 minutes remaining. Schwarzhaupt, however, closed out the result for Polo with his second of the game.
