Meulenbroek, M Havenga) Racing Club de France 1 (J Domingo-Perez)
SV Kampong cruised into the KO8 with a big win over Racing
Club de France, playing their first match ever in the knock-out stages of the
EHL.
Early goals from Bjorn Kellerman and Quirijn Caspers meant
Kampong were in a comfortable position and they were never truly troubled.
Caspers, Constantijn Jonker and a delightful Philip
Meulenbroek goal stretched the lead to 5-0 by the three-quarter mark and a Martijn
Havenga drag-flick stretched the lead even further.
The biggest cheer of the day, however, came from the
sizeable Racing contingent when Jacinto Domingo-Perez tipped in at the right
post.
