Forsyth adds to Old Georgians star power

Old Georgians have added another big star to their line-up with Alan Forsyth moving from HGC to the English champions for next season.

It follows two seasons in the Netherlands having moved from Surbiton a couple of years ago.

“Happy to be back in England,” he said of the move. “Old Georgians have been very successful over the past seasons as a team and as a club, winning the league and challenging the best teams In Europe in the EHL.

“I look forward to helping the team and the club to continue the success on and off the pitch.”

He has previously played 16 games in the EHL across stints with Kelburne and Surbiton, scoring 10 goals with a memorable hat trick against Real Club de Polo in 2019.

Old Georgians made their debut in the EHL last October when they won their first fixture but were knocked out by eventual Dutch champions Pinoké.
