Atlètic Terrassa, has been proclaimed the Spanish men’s champion for the 22nd time as they got the best of Real Club de Polo in a shoot-out on Sunday.
They progressed to the final with a 3-2 win over Club Egara while Polo prevailed against Club de Campo in a shoot-out.
In the final, Pau Cunill put Atlèti 1-0 up in the first minute and he added another goal in the 43rd minute.
Polo fought back in the last 10 minutes with Ton Borrás and Marc Miralles getting them back level but Atlèti steadied themselves for the shoot-out and won out 6-5.
