Grunwald honour Mikula after exceptional career

WKS Grunwald Poznan paid special tribute to club legend Artur Mikula last weekend following his superb career with the club.

He played for Grunwald for 24 years – including 25 games in the Euro Hockey League between 2007 and 2018 – before returning to KS Stella Gniezno, the club where he started his career.

Mikula is the highest goalscorer in Grunwald’s club history in the Polish league and his old club made a presentation to him in honour of his efforts.

In terms of the fixture itself, Grunwald proved too strong for Stella with a 9-0 result courtesy of five goals from Jacek Kurowski, two from Mikolaj Glowacki and one each from Mikolaj Gumny and Eryk Bembenek
