The EHL will broadcast 12 EHL KO16 games this weekend as the new era of the world’s best club hockey competition gets underway on Friday at the Pau Negre Stadium in Barcelona.
Each of the knock-out games will be shown via the European Hockey Federation’s online www.eurohockeytv.org platform. The event will showcase top-class club hockey in the best possible manner with a full, multi-camera broadcast provided by our in-house EHL production team, By producing in-house, we guarantee a first class production.
The voice of hockey, Nick Irvine, along with some special guests, will provide the colour and the commentary from the Pau Negre Stadium from Friday, October 4 until Sunday, October 6.
To support this elite level of production, the EHL will provide the live streams via the EuroHockeyTV platform on a pay-per-view basis. A tournament pass can be purchased for €7.49 to watch all 12 matches. These passes can be purchased in advance while individual matches can be purchased for €3.99 ahead of each game.
This will be the case in each region around the world except for Belgium where Eleven Sports will provide the live stream from all 12 knock-out games.
The four ranking matches – for sides who lose in the KO16 – which take place on the second pitch at the Pau Negre complex, will not have broadcast facilities in place and will not be streamed.
Full match replays from the 12 knock-out games will be available to view on demand via the EuroHockeyTV website. Highlight packages and near-live clips of the key action, meanwhile, will be posted on the EHL’s social media outlets.
