Club biography

The Dutch champions will hope they can emulate their 2015/16 run to ultimate EHL glory as they come back for a fifth successive shot at Europe's top prize. Last year's bid was cut short by their regular rivals Rot-Weiss Koln who they have met regularly in the last four years.

For Kampong, Erik Bouwens has retired while Salva Piera returns to Spain. Rutger Marres is going to Pinoké while, on the plus side, Ties Ceuelemans comes in from nearby Schaerweijde. There are loads of star men involved with two time world goalkeeper of the year David Harte among them along with Robbert Kemperman, Sander de Wijn, Bjorn Kellerman and Constantijn Jonker.
